This is the Cam Ranh Bay flight line. You will note the commercial plane (freedom bird) that sits in the distance. This is during the time that they have brought new troops in and before the "survivors" got on to go back to the "world" again. The aircraft to the right, however, is the type that took back the not so lucky. I dedicated Led Zeppelin's "Heartbreaker" to the new troops with this scene in mind. It was the only song that we played every night on every program for 21 nights.
